We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Bridport Minor Injuries Unit for helping us on 28th September. Our friend sprained her ankle at West Bay and we turned up at MIU without an appointment.
Rather than make us book an appointment through 111, Ally made one for us and within an hour and a half our friend was being x-rayed by another lovely member of staff, who was able to tell us it wasn’t a broken ankle. The reception staff were helpful and let us wait with our friend and the whole team made a potentially stressful situation much easier.
It made us realise again how lucky we are to have this facility on our doorstep. Especially during a petrol crisis! Thank you again.
