NEW food hygiene reports have recently been published for restaurants and other venues offering food and drink in the Bridport area by the Food Standards Agency.
Thousands of premises across the country are rated by the Food Standards Agency, based on the findings of local authority inspectors.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale from zero to five.
Five is top of the scale, meaning the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with regulations.
Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
A number of Bridport businesses have been inspected by council inspectors during August and September.
Some businesses that had an inspection this month are currently awaiting their food hygiene ratings.
