THERE were delays on the A35 due to a broken down lorry.
The A35 was partially blocked due to a broken down car transporter at the Monkeys Jump Roundabout near Dorchester.
Traffic was building.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 1.39am of a broken down car transporter that was partially blocking the road on the A35 at Monkeys Jump Roundabout near Dorchester."
The road has now been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
