A MUSEUM is offering free entry on a number of days this month.
Beaminster Museum is allowing visitors to enter free of charge as part of the national Heritage Open Days scheme on a number of dates in September.
The museum will be providing free entry on Saturday, September 11, Sunday, September 12, Tuesday, September 14, Thursday, September 16, Saturday, September 18, Sunday, September 19.
This year's Heritage Open Days have the theme of 'Edible England'
On the national theme of “Edible England”, visitors are invited to reminisce about milk bottles, test their knowledge of sheep breeds in Dorset and learn about wartime rations and the Women’s Land Army.
