A HORTICULTURE society is restarting face-to-face events with a special guest speaker next month.
The Uplyme & Lyme Regis Horticultural Society is kicking off its return to face to face events with speaker Nick Bailey from BBC’s 'Gardeners’ World'.
The talk, entitled ‘Revive your Garden’, will be held on Wednesday, September 15 at 7.30pm at Uplyme Village Hall.
The talk, for which doors open at 7pm, will look at how to breathe life, style and good health back into a tired garden. Mr Bailey will also give seasonal guidance on the best times to undertake basic tasks, so that reviving your garden becomes both satisfying and rewarding.
Entry will cost £5 for members and £10 for non members. Those wishing to attend the event must book in advance with payment taken on the night.
