A CLUB for keen gardeners is restarting its series of weekly talks.
The Bridport Gardening Club will be returning to the WI Community Hall on North Street for its Thursday evening lectures.
After 18 months of not being able to attend the weekly lectures, club members will be welcomed back to a fully sanitised hall, which will take measures to reduce any potential spread. Seating will be laid out to cater for members' social distancing preferences, so that visitors can feel safe in joining friends.
Entrance will be restricted to members only, who will be required to show proof of double vaccination as well as their membership card. The wearing of masks will be optional.
The next scheduled talk, 'the Dutch Flower Painters' will go ahead on Thursday, September 16 from 7.30pm and will be presented by accomplished art and design historian, Pam Simpson.
