ARTWORK created by local children is now on display at a West Bay attraction.
Nearly 150 children took part in an art workshop at the West Bay Discovery Centre last month, producing the pieces with the help of local artist Peter Margerum.
The workshop and display went ahead as part of centre’s 'Turning the Tide' exhibition.
The 'Turning the Tide' displays and activities at the discovery centre highlight the problems of plastic pollution of seas and beaches.
A spokesman for West Bay Discovery Centre said: "Our amazing masterpiece created by nearly 150 children at our Children's Art Workshop is now in place. Many thanks to those who helped make, glue and paint it and to artist Darrell Wakelam for his inspiration.
"The end result is stunning and is linked in with our exhibition 'Turning the Tide'. Come in and see it admire the fantastic creatures and also find out how many items shouldn't be in the ocean."
