A SINGING group is preparing to perform together on stage for the first time in 18 months.
The Bridport and District U3A's Singers group is ready to break into song once again for the first time since the start of the pandemic.
The group has not performed together since February last year, however members of the group have been meeting socially at the Ivy House at Groves since restrictions were lifted.
The group will sing together once again on Thursday, September 9 at Bridport Town Hall from 10.30am.
Heather Harvey, the group’s leader, said: "I can hardly express how great it will be to sing together again. "I guess after all this time our voices may well need a good warming up session and then we can enjoy our singing once again and being together as a group."
