LIVE blues music, DJs, food, drink and more as a new festival takes place this weekend.
The Blues Down Festival will take place at Haydon Down Farm near Askerswell on Friday, August 13.
Featuring live blues music, up-tempo DJ sets, a beer tent and food stalls, the festival will feature the likes of Will Johns - whose latest album secured the number one spot in the Roots Music Report’s UK album chart, award-winning keyboard player and sought after organist Stevie Watts, and rock and blues blend The Danny Giles Band.
Gates open at 3pm with the event finishing at midnight and entry can be purchased for £35. Those looking to stay the night can bring their own tent and camp for an additional £5.
Tickets for the event can be purchased at www.tickettailor.com.
