THUNDERSTORMS are forecast in Dorset tomorrow (Friday) and over the weekend.
According to the Met Office there will be sunshine throughout most of the day on Friday - with thunder and heavy showers forecast during late afternoon, at around 5pm.
Sunny spells and showers are predicted to continue into the weekend, with breezy conditions forecast along the coast.
Saturday will see a cloudy start to the day, turning to heavy showers and possible thunderstorms by late morning, with showers continuing throughout the day.
The Met Office has estimated that temperatures will reach a maximum of 18 degrees Celsius during late afternoon.
On Sunday weather is likely to be more settled. Showers are due to ease, with some sunny intervals.
