A SURVEY has been launched to gain feedback on how Dorset Police could use social media better.

Dorset Police has launched a survey to understand how members of the public engage with them on social media and to find out what people think the police could do better.

The feedback will be used to advise the force's future use of social media.

Assistant Chief Constable Sam de Reya said: "We've compiled this survey to understand the views of our local residents on how we could use social media to accept crime reports in future, and also how we currently use it to engage with you and to tell you about the work we do.

"We're really keen to hear your views which will help us to inform how we as a force use social media in the future and how our officers and staff use it to engage with you."

The survey should take around five minutes to complete and is anonymous. Any queries should be sent to communications@dorset.pnn.police.uk
