SAMUEL DANIEL JOHN TANNER, also known as SAM TANNER, aged 38, of Alexander Road, Bridport. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates Court, for an offence of contacting an individual by sending a number of messages via Instagram, whilst prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. Committed to prison for one month suspended for 12 months.

Also committed to prison for one month consecutive, suspended for 12 months for original offence of assaulting a victim by beating her x2. Also committed to prison for two weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months for original offence of, without lawful excuse, destroying a television set to the value of £169.

Also committed to prison for two weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months, for original offence of, without lawful excuse, damaging a drawer to the value of unknown. Overall length of sentence is four months.
