MENTAL health services across the Dorset Council area have reopened face-to-face sessions for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, drop-in sessions for mental health services were forced to go online or by telephone to reduce the spread of Coivd-19.

However, the sessions run by Dorset Health Care, have reopened face-to-face interaction for the first time in over 15 months at venues in Birdport, Shaftesbury, Wareham and Weymouth.

A spokesman from Dorset Health Care, said: "Our Community Front Rooms in Bridport, Shaftesbury, Wareham and Weymouth are back open for face-to-face drop-ins - taking place from Thursday to Sunday, from 3.15pm to10.45pm.
