A KEY route through Dorset is blocked following a multi-vehicle crash today (Monday, May 31).
The collision was reported on the A35 in Morcombelake, West Dorset after 10.30am.
Traffic monitoring services state three vehicles are involved in a crash near Stanton Church. Traffic maps show the blocked road is causing delays in both directions.
An update from Travel Dorset reads: "A35 blocked, queueing traffic due to accident, three vehicles involved near Stanton Church."
Firefighters from Charmouth and Bridport arrived at the scene at 10.45am.
A tweet from the fire service reads: "Charmouth and Bridport fire crews attended a three-vehicle road traffic collision in Morcombelake to assist ambulance and police and to give first aid to an injured member of the public."
