THERE'S a new 'glamping' opportunity in Dorset on a 200-acre site which has been handed back to nature.
Two 6-metre bell tents, complete with luxurious home comforts, have been set up at Coltleigh Farm on the Mapperton estate, near Beaminster.
During July and August, campers will be able to enjoy the peace and spectacular views, explore the countryside and stroll the short distance to Mapperton House & Gardens.
Luke Montagu, Viscount Hinchingbrooke, whose family home is Mapperton House said: “We look forward to welcoming guests to the wild west Dorset countryside for an exhilarating back-to-nature glamping experience.
“We are very excited about our rewilding project at Coltleigh and we are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity to get away from it all in such a special environment.”
