THERE have been 21 new cases of coronavirus recorded across Dorset within the last 24 hours.
Government figures reveal that 21 new cases have been recorded across the county.
The Dorset Council area recorded 12 new cases, taking the total to 11,822.
The BCP Council area also recorded nine new cases, taking the area's total to 25,238 since the start of the pandemic.
Across the south west region there are 162 new cases, bringing the total up to 219,730.
A total of 2,550 new cases have been recorded across England - bringing the total up to 3,836,833 since the start of the pandemic.
Across the whole of the UK, 2,963 new cases of the Covid-19 virus were recorded taking the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 4,390,783.
