A WEEKLY protest against racism is due to return next month.
Bridport Take A Knee will resume in April in Bucky Doo Square, every Wednesday from 6pm.
A spokesperson for the event said: "Bridport Take A Knee has been going for a year now. It started as a response to the death of George Floyd, and continues to be a silent protest for 8 minutes and 46 seconds at 6pm every Wednesday against racism and prejudice.
"It is a reminder that we too have racism in Dorset, and a show that there are people who will take action against it.
"From the response we have had we know that there are many who support us although they cannot come themselves. We welcome peaceful protesters to join us when Covid restrictions allow."
Organisers have requested that those who participate wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
