RESIDENTS, businesses and schools and care homes across Bridport marked the one-year anniversary of the first Covid lockdown, and remembered those who have lost their lives.
The National Day of Reflection was held on Tuesday, March 23, to mark the anniversary of the first lockdown and gave people a chance to reflect on the past year.
Colmer's Hill was lit up in yellow on Tuesday evening to remember those who have died and to support those who have lost loved ones.
Students and staff at Beaminster School observed a minute's silence.
A visual commemoration was created by Year 13 students.
At the Coneygar Lodge care home, staff and residents joined together for a day of reflection.
They wore yellow, decorated the lounge and planted a yellow shrub to reflect on the lives lost around the world and how hard the staff have worked to keep the virus at bay and residents safe.
