A YELLOW weather warning for ice has been issued for tomorrow morning.
The Met Office has issued a weather warning for icy conditions in the south west, including parts of Dorset, from midnight until 9am tomorrow.
A spokesman for the weather forecaster said: "Ice may lead to some difficult driving conditions early on Saturday.
"Showers will mostly die out during Friday evening, with clearing skies allowing temperatures to fall below freezing overnight and ice to form on untreated surfaces."
Residents are warned that injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces are to be expected, as well as icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
