Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 4 months. Admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Fined £100.
HUGH JOHN DUNCAN, aged 70, of Coombe Street, Lyme Regis. Admitted driving a vehicle on the B3157 at Swyre at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £33 and to pay costs of £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 penalty points.
