THIS Good Earth will be available to stream online from today.

The much anticipated documentary delves into common practises within the food and farming industry and how 'huge changes must be made in how we treat our land'.

The 90-minute film, put together by Bridport-based director, Robert Golden, will be available to stream through Vimeo from 7pm this evening (Thursday, January 21).

Described as 'provocative', 'controversial' and 'bold', the film aims to showcase how 'we face environmental disaster unless more ploughing is stopped' and how 'only organic farming can now safely feed the world'.

The film is two years in the making brings together farmers, scientists, ecologist and academics - many of which are based in the Dorset area - to ‘contest the disturbing influence that agrochemical giants exert over the farming industry'.

It is being backed by the Soil Association, AONB Dorset and UK, Transition Network, Slow Food UK and several other organisations around the world who are campaigning to prevent further damage to the eco system.
