A NON-PROFIT organisation is putting on a virtual event which will explore food production and security and how it can be improved.
The 'Digging Deeper into Local Food' Zoom event, hosted by Seeding our Future, will look at solutions to these problems within the food and farming in relation to Bridport.
The event will take place on Zoom from 7pm this Tuesday, January 12.
The meeting will feature an overview of the UK’s current food security, provided by Caroline Walker and Kathy Dare of Bridport Local Food Group will explain the group's plans for 2021. Bridport director Robert Golden will also be speaking about his forthcoming film, This Good Earth, which explores links between food security and the climate crisis.
