HOLIDAY applications feature in new plans before Dorset Council in the Bridport area.

They feature a 17-pitch extension to an established holiday site, a change of use for a holiday home and a request to site two shepherd huts for holiday use.

The applications are  - Bridge Farm, Cards Mills Lane, Whitechurch Canonicorum, extension of existing holiday park by 17 new pitches; Land north of Labour in Vain Farm access road, West Bexington, 2 shepherd huts and associated parking; Pax Cottage, Higher Lane, Ryall, build residential lodge; Bellair House, Berne Lane, Charmouth, use of land for siting caravan; Charity Farm, Main Street, Litton Cheney, change of use of property from holiday let to a house; East Cottage, Filford Lane, Bowood, conversion of outbuilding to annexe; Old Rectory, Rectory Lane, Puncknowle, replace 4 windows, re-cover porch and rebuild 2 chimneys (retrospective) installation of wc at second floor; Parks Farm House, Litton Cheney, two storey extension; 62 North Allington, remove rendered chimney stack and replace with red brick stack; 1 Nordons, Bridport, change to original planning consent over quantity and positioning of solar panels and window added to south elevation; The Old School House, High Street, Broadwindsor, replace rooflight and flat roof covering.

Withdrawn - Ellaway Cottage, Wood Farm, Wood Lane, Kittwhistle, Beaminster, installation of a below ground fibreglass outdoor swimming pool and decking surround.
