PLANNERS have approved a number of changes to buildings in Dorchester and the surrounding area.
The recent approved applications include: 83 Weatherbury Way, Dorchester, single storey wrap around extension; 79 Cambridge Road, Dorchester, two storey side extension; 1 Egdon Road, Dorchester, single storey extension for annexe accommodation; Garden Lodge, Wolfeton, demolish existing dwelling, erect two detached homes with associated garages; The Old Forge, Blacksmiths Lane, Tincleton, single storey rear extensions, new dormer windows to rear and rooflight to front; Markers, Duck Street, Cattistock, internal alterations, replacement windows to rear and new garden room roof (retrospective); Nether Cerne Manor, installation of heat pump; 1 Linhay, Corscombe, animal shelter; Southcombe Farm, Piddletrenthide, polytunnel and two garden sheds; 19 Long Street, Cerne Abbas, replacement of synthetic slates on garage roof with natural slates.
