DORSET Council will be hosting a live broadcast to give residents the latest updates on Covid in the county and answer questions.
Sam Crowe, Director of Public Health Dorset, and Matt Prosser, Chief Executive of Dorset Council, will host the event online from 5pm on Thursday, October 22.
A briefing will be given on the latest number and rate of Covid-19 cases in Dorset, and the arrangements in place to mitigate spread of the virus, while information will also be given about the way schools, care homes and council services are responding to the situation and planning for the coming weeks.
Residents can submit their questions in advance by emailing comms@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk
The live briefing will be broadcast via Microsoft Teams. Viewers should download the Microsoft Teams app to their device in advance.
The briefing will also be recorded and become available to watch via the council’s YouTube channel
