Further to other recent letters regarding the wearing of face masks in public enclosed spaces, I would like to remind the public, students and education leaders that taxis are part of the “public transport “ system and masks need to be worn.
Many students have transport provided by Dorset Council and, where possible, masks should be worn with the exception of those displaying an exemption badge.
This applies to drivers as well.
It would be helpful if the Education Department could issue a letter to all those parents receiving provided transport to remind them of the fact.
We all want to see next summer and hope it will be a better one generally than this last one
