Housebuilder, Baker Estates, are opening the doors of its new four-bedroom show home at Palmers Meadow, Bridport, on Saturday August 1.

It’s among the first new home development in Bridport for some years.

Palmers Meadow is a collection of 33 two, three and four-bedroom homes and it’s the first time interested buyers have been able to see the design up close. A number of homes have sold off plan and Baker Estates is confident of more reservations.

The event will be running by appointment only and robust social distancing measures have been implemented for the occasion.

Potential buyers will be able to see the Honeysuckle, a four-bedroom home priced at £614,995.

Annie Williams, head of sales at Baker Estates, said: “Palmers Meadow has sold well off plan and we are hopeful of more reservations over the launch weekend. Being the first new build scheme in the town for a while, this stunning development has really caught the imagination of local people.”

“Visitors will be able to appreciate the quality of build and materials of Baker Estates’ new homes as well as seeing first-hand our superb interiors. We look forward to meeting interested buyers at the opening.”

Baker Estates won two regional and national awards last year for its site in Totnes.

Prices start from £349,995.
