Letter: why did it cost £675,000 to for cycle paths and crossing?
Please could somebody explain exactly how £675,000 has been spent on the paths around the Esso garage and Sea Road South?
Does it really cost this much to resurface and paint some pavements and add traffic lights to make a crossing?
