Leisure centres have been given the green light to open at the end of this month and the team at Bridport Leisure Centre is looking forward to reopening its doors.
Centre manager William Thrower said: “After 126 days of closure due to coronavirus, Bridport Leisure Centre is looking forward to welcoming its users back on Saturday, July 25.
“Operating a phased approach to its reopening, with phase one including the fitness suite, fitness class programme and racket sports.
“Our plan is to reopen other areas of the centre once our staff and members have safely adapted to our new way of working.
“Lots of things have changed but you will still be greeted by the same friendly staff who welcomed you at each visit before lockdown.
“Users are reminded that all activities must be pre-booked and arrive ‘activity ready’. Further guidance can be found at bridportleisure.com/activities/covid-19-updates.
“Please work with our staff as we adapt to our new way of operating.”
