Plans to convert a farm building into holiday homes given the green light
TWO new holiday homes are to be allowed at Ship Farm, Morcombelake.
Dorset Council has approved the conversion of redundant farm buildings on the Ship Knapp site.
The former milking parlour and farm store has not been in use since the 1970s and will be largely retained in its original form. Five parking spaces will be created during the conversion work.
The site is just off the A35 with the main farmhouse a grade 2 listed building.
Each of the new home will have a living room and kitchen/diner on the ground floor with one bedroom on the first floor.
