KATIE Price has given fans a tour around her £2million mansion - and revealed that she's selling it.

The 42-year-old has been living with a friend elsewhere and has vowed to clear out the Sussex property and never live there again.

She took the opportunity to enjoy a trip down memory lane, digging through her memorabilia, which included her I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! rucksack and one of her TV awards.

The mum of five took fans on a tour of the house for her latest YouTube video.

She told viewers: "I absolutely hate this house so I can’t be here long…
Lancashire Telegraph:

"They call this the so-called mucky mansion, no it’s called the Pricey Mansion. Priceywood, actually."

Katie showed off her diamante chandeliers - which she claimed would look good in her bedroom when she moves - and remarked: "I can see my reflection... when I'm lying there I can say 'look at me'.

"It's gleaming, just like me."

Having appeared on I'm A Celeb twice, Katie dug out her backpack, which she claimed hadn't been emptied out.

She next happened upon her last autobiography [Katie has released six to date!] and exclaimed: "My most sensational autobiography yet.

Lancashire Telegraph:

"That's what it was then.

"But I'm telling you now, my next book - I haven't done a book for four years, nearly five years - Jesus, that will be explosive."

Katie also found her Celebrity Mum Of The Year award from 2012 admitting she "loves an award" and then happened upon some of her topless snaps from her days as Jordan.

"My areolars don't look like that anymore," she remarked, assessing the images, before stumbling across mugs with her on them.

"There's heaps of these, maybe I could flog them and make a bit of money," she commented.

Katie's Horsham home has been in a state of disrepair for months and earlier this year she vowed to get her life back on track after being declared bankrupt.

The former glamour model, who was once worth more than £40 million, was forced to give up the 11-bedroom mansion earlier this year after signing the property over to a trustee.

She was made bankrupt last November after the High Court found she had failed to stick to a plan to repay her debts, estimated to be £800,000.

The house included a swimming pool, tennis court and horse stables.
