PERMISSION is being sought for changes to an agreed plan to convert an outbuilding at The Barn House, Main Street, Loders, into a new home.
The property, on the south side of the street, is a grade 2 listed building, formerly known as Waddon Farmhouse. It was built in the mid to late 18th century.
Planning permission for the demolition of an outbuilding and the conversion of an extension to an outbuilding was granted in February – but changes to that proposal are now being requested.
An application to Dorset Council asks for an amended internal layout, the creation of a door in the place of a window on the west side of the building and the removal of a door in the north stone wall beneath a glazed link.
Minor changes are also being asked for another door and window.
