Police are reminding people not to leave valuables in their car after another handbag was stolen.
A handbag was stolen from a vehicle parked at Langdon Woods on Sunday afternoon.
A spokesman for Bridport Police said: "Please keep passing the message around to friends and family that if they are to go anywhere and leave their vehicle unattended, not to leave any items of value inside and not to hide any items inside.
"This is a very easy crime to prevent by being a little thoughtful. If you are going anywhere, such as a beauty spot for a walk, consider what you need to take. If you do not need a handbag, leave it at home, or if you do, take it on the walk with you."
This follows a theft of a handbag from a car at Eggardon Hill on May 18.
