Alterations to create a new home from an annexe have been agreed for Copstones on Kingcombe Road, Hooke.

The changes will not to involve any external alterations to the ground and first floor existing annexe, which was originally given planning consent in 2005, but will make the building self-contained.

The application says the annexe will be use in conjunction with the main house or as a holiday let. A condition of the permission from Dorset Council is that it cannot be sold separately from Copstones.
