On Thursday, April 30, I was stood in the queue outside the Well chemist in Bridport East Street and observed in disbelief with the other customers a traffic warden issuing a parking ticket to a car parked in a bay outside the Spar convenience store in East Street.
The high street was deserted! Words fail me of his actions.
Are things not difficult enough for everyone at this time.
Why is this essential work?
