A nursing home held a Spring ball so residents could dance the afternoon away.
Residents and staff at Bymead House Nursing Home in Charmouth dressed up to the nines for the occasion.
The lounge was decorated with balloons, bunting and fairy lights to make it that extra bit special.
The ball was followed by an elegant afternoon tea with delicious cakes and fancies made by Bymead's talented cook.
Bymead recently joined the rest of the country in commemorating and celebrating the 75th VE Day anniversary on Friday, May 8. Staff dressed up as land girls, soldiers and sailors for an afternoon tea party in the garden.
Residents enjoyed a Mojito (made by The Dark Bear, Bridport) and sang along to songs, which was topped by singing the national anthem.
All the staff at Bymead House have worked very hard to maintain high standards of care and the home continues to remain COVID-19 free during this difficult time.
