A naked man spotted wandering through fields prompted a call to police from concerned residents.
Police were called to Plaisters Lane in Sutton Poyntz, near Weymouth, shortly after 7.30pm on Sunday.
They'd received reports of a naked man walking in the area.
He was seen walking across fields, up a nearby hill and climbing through bushes.
Officers attended and the man was found in need of medical treatment.
An ambulance attended and the man was left in the care of paramedics.
