Single storey extension are being proposed for a Burton Bradstock bungalow with an expansion into the roof.
The owners of 2 Norburton are asking Dorset Council for a single storey front extension and a single storey rear extension with the conversion of the roof space into habitable use, to include a front and rear dormer window. Also planned is a new gable end with windows. The ground floor extensions will add an extra 36square metres to the home, creating a large kitchen and dining area at one end and a utility room at the other.
Upstairs the conversion of the roof will create two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The site lies within the village conservation area
Comments on the application can be made until April 28th with a decision expected to be made by a council planning officer.
