DANIEL OLIVER MORGAN WILLIAMS, aged 44, of no fixed abode. Admitted without reasonable excuse, consumed alcohol from an open container and entered the Co-Operative Store, Broad St, Lyme Regis which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Also admitted at Lyme Regis assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police constable, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £75 and to pay compensation of £75.
