Community order with programme requirement and requirement to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. To pay compensation of £100.
ANDREW KEVIN HARE, aged 56, of Old Lyme Road, Bridport. Admitted driving a vehicle on the A35 at Bridport at a speed exceeding 60mph. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 4 penalty points.
DANIEL OLIVER MORGAN WILLIAMS, aged 44, of no fixed abode. Admitted without reasonable excuse, consumed alcohol from an open container and entered the Co-Operative Store, Broad St, Lyme Regis which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Also admitted at Lyme Regis assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police constable, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £75 and to pay compensation of £75.
