GET fizzical at Furleigh Estate with a Nordic walking session on Wednesday, March 11 from 11.30am.
Arrive at the wine estate at Salwayash, near Bridport, from 11.15am for freshly roasted coffee ready to start your walk at 11.30am.
The walks are led by qualified Nordic Walking Instructors, Julia Edwards and Paul Dufy from The Garden Studios in Bridport.
Julia and Paul are passionate about exercise being accessible to all, so whilst this is a fully body workout, you can set your own pace as you find your rhythm with the specialist walking poles provided.
It lasts an hour to include a warm up and cool down.
The session will finish with a rewarding glass of Furleigh Estate’s award winning fizz.
The cost is £10 per head which includes the loan of the walking poles.
