Residents are set to go to the polls today to decide whether to adopt a neighbourhood plan.
The Bridport Area Neighbourhood Plan has been developed with input from more than 100 people and covers the communities of Bothenhampton and Walditch, Allington, Bradpole, Bridport, West Bay and Symondsbury.
The referendum is taking place today (Thursday) and residents can cast their vote at their nearest polling station between 7am to 10pm.
We produced a handy guide with some of the main points outlined in the plan, which can be found here.
