A SAXOPHONIST who has played with the Beatles and Paul McCartney will play the Marine Theatre in Lyme.
Legendary sax player Howie Casey will bring his 11 piece band to the Marine on Sunday, April 12 to celebrate The Beatles and The Wings, who he toured with in the early 70s.
A few years ago, while sorting through his sheet music, Casey came across some of the songs he used to play with the Beatles and Wings in the 60s and 70s.
As he went through it, enjoying great memories of that time, an idea sprang to mind.
Why not form a new band like that, celebrating the fabulous music of Paul McCartney and the Beatles, similar to the lineup used on the Wings Over America Tour?
