THE conversion of two outbuildings into holiday homes at Beerland Farm, Ryall has been approved by Dorset Council.
The permission includes the reinstatement of the former connection between the Grade 2 listed main house and outbuildings and the original proportions of the workshop/garage.
The new holiday lets will both be one-bed properties to the north and west of the farmhouse, one of which was a former stone construction cider barn.
Char Valley Parish Council had raised no objection to the changes saying that it would have no effect on any nearby buildings or the countryside around the farm complex.
