A 56-year-old Dorset man has been arrested in connection to a burglary in which 30 inflatable hot tubs were allegedly stolen.
It was reported that a burglary occurred between 1am on Saturday, February 8 and 2pm on Sunday, February 9 at Ambassador Pools and Spas near West Stour in north Dorset, with 30 boxes of inflatable hot tubs allegedly stolen, along with pumps and power units.
It was reported that the items were transported in a van, which was also allegedly stolen from the site before being driven to Gillingham and later on to Stourhead, where it was set fire to.
Following enquiries by Dorset Police, a 56-year-old Gillingham man has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, theft and handling stolen goods. He has since been released under investigation.
