Storm Ciara is continuing to cause disruption.
A flood warning has been extended at Preston Beach, Weymouth.
Sea spray overtopping defences and carrying shingle from the beach is possible along the coast as a result of high tides and the strong winds. Consequently, flooding is possible for two hours before and after the two high tide times of 8.15pm tonight and 8.15am tomorrow.
Tthere is a possibility of flooding for Preston Beach Road.
The Environment Agency says it is closely monitoring the situation.
"Please be careful along beaches, promenades and coastal footpaths and roads as large waves could be dangerous," a spokesman said.
