POLICE are appealing for help to identify a suspect who damaged a CCTV camera at a football ground.

At around 2.30pm on Tuesday, January 14, a man was seen on CCTV at Netherbury Football Club to pick up a stick and hit a camera that was fixed to a wall, causing it to fall off.

There were no reports of any further damage or anything taken from the venue.

Police Community Support Investigator Luke White, of Bridport police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to identify the man responsible for this incident and I am releasing CCTV of the suspect in the hope that someone will recognise him.

“I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please contact us.”
