Also admitted possessing an indecent photograph, namely 4 indecent Category B still images of a child. Also admitted possessing 15 Category C indecent images. Also admitted possessing an extreme pornographic image which was grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £7,500 and to pay costs of £85. Defendant required to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for 5 years.
ALEXANDER BRUTON, aged 19, of Compton Valence. Admitted driving a vehicle on a road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in blood, namely not less than 4ug/L, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £45. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug. No separate penalty. Cannabis, grinder and container to be forfeited and destroyed.
DAVID JAMES TAYLOR, also known as DAVID ALLAN BARRY, aged 57, of Piddlehinton Camp. Admitted at Bournemouth knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £55. Also admitted above offence at Dorchester on a different date with intent to avoid payment of £76.38. Also admitted above offence at Bere Regis on a different date with intent to avoid payment of £40.48. Also admitted above offence at Poole on a different date with intent to avoid payment of £60.06. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation amounts of £55, £76.38, £40.48 and £60.06.
LEWIE EDWARD ALEXANDER BEAVIS, aged 30, of Locks Lane, Stratton. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Locks Lane, Stratton. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay costs of £40.
