Although the temperature has dropped, we have enjoyed some beautiful sunshine over the past few days.
People woke up to frozen cars and a blanket of frost across the county, but the freezing temperatures have been worth it for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets we have seen recently.
The winter sun has encouraged people to brave the cold and get out and about, flocking to the coast or taking a walk around west Dorset.
Many of our readers have managed to catch some great photos of sunrises, sunsets and local landmarks in the sun, so we wanted to share some of the stunning snaps they managed to capture.
The sunny weather isn’t set to last as the Met Office predict that rain will return next week.
