ARMED FORCES VETERANS BREAKFAST

Members of The Royal Air Force Association, Royal Naval Association and Royal British Legion have come together to form a Military Veterans Breakfast Club.

Following a highly successful first meeting last year, a second meeting will be held on Saturday, January 25 at the Greyhound Hotel (Wetherspoons), East Street, Bridport at 9.30am.

It is hoped the Bridport breakfast meetings will become a regular monthly event.

There are no subs or joining fees just 'breakfast and banter'.

There are more than 300 breakfast clubs across 14 countries for serving armed forces personnel, veterans and their partners and relatives.

They exists simply to facilitate veterans, as well as current service personnel, meeting face-to-face in a relaxed, safe, social environment and to allow veterans to 'return to the tribe'. The breakfast clubs can help end isolation and gives veterans a sense of belonging.
