Appears before the court in order to make a statutory declaration following conviction by a single magistrate for an offence of using a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence. JULIAN ELROND ROBERTS, also known as JULIAN ELROND WALBRIDGE, aged 47, of Sheridan Close, Frampton. Admitted producing a quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug. Fined £100 and to pay costs of £85. Drugs and equipment to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. No action taken on breach.
